CABINET OF CURIOSITIES
Through nature, and its placement in cabinets of curiosities which later evolved into the modern museum, we explore the blurred lines between an object of scientific enquiry and that of conquest, a trophy of subjective value.
Using magnified textural views, we deconstuct the ordinary, unique and obscure, distorting identity and leaving ambiguity.
An exploration into the collection of nature.
